Do we get the digital image files?

Yes, digital images are delivered via your own private web gallery and have the ability to download, print and share with friends and family. Digital images are stored in a cloud back up and accessible from a desktop, smartphone, and tablet. Ordering prints and specialty products are easily done straight from the gallery at affordable prices. Also, you can send a link to friends and family from a far so they too may also enjoy viewing the images from your wedding day. There is an option to download and/or to order prints for themselves and watch a slideshow with a touch of a button.

Can we buy a copy of the digital images on a CD or USB Drive?

Yes, the cost of a CD or USB Drive copy is $200 each. We prefer not to use them anymore since they can be easily lost or damaged. In any case that happens we are not responsible for lost or damaged CD or USB Drive.  With more advanced technology these days, a push of a single button allows you to download your entire gallery.

How many digital images will we receive?

Between 800-1000 images is a good number to tell the story of your wedding day from start to finish.

Are the digital images in Color or Black & White?

Digital images are delivered in color and with a mixture of black and white as well. We would be happy to convert more of your favorite images to black and white per your request.

Are the digital images high resolution?

Yes, images are delivered as print ready high-resolution JPEG format that gives you all the benefits of ordering and printing the best possible images directly from our website. It can also be downloaded as low-resolution to share on your social media networks.

How long will it take to get the digital images?

During peak wedding season months it may take up to 30 days. We try to get them to you sooner but we strive on delivering our best and pleasing images for you. We will do our best to post a sneak peek as well.

Are we required to order prints through you?

No, you have the option to download and/or order prints as you wish. We make it more convenient and easy to use our print ordering system in your gallery. Prices are affordable and printed at a local  printing company that works with professional photographers. Prints can be delivered directly to your home or to friends around the world. We try to do what we can to make it as easy as possible ordering experience for you. 

How many photographers will shoot our wedding?

For weddings, we normally shoot with two professional photographers-including myself. We find that it can tell a better wedding story from different angles. Also, a photographer assistant to help us with necessary preparations during the wedding day.

What kind of camera do you use?

We use only professional gear and memory cards. Cameras are tools we utilize the most, but not necessarily rely on it alone to create beautiful images on their own. 

Do you shoot in natural light only?

Shooting in beautiful natural light all day is a photographer's dream, but Mother Nature has her own timeline. We do use flashes when necessary in order to create beautiful images.

How do I reserve your photography services for our wedding day?

This happens usually during the wedding consultation, with a signed agreement and a 50% deposit/retainer fee. It can also be done online once we have talked, emailed, and made sure we have the date available. A link will be sent along with the agreement, signed and process the payment using a major credit/debit card.

Please note that if your wedding day is 2 months away or less we require a signed agreement and the total amount due is paid in full during the wedding consultation. 

Do we need to feed you?

It is very much appreciated when our team is working with you for 5 hours or more. We sometimes have a team of up to 3 and would be nice for our team to be fed as well.

Do you need a space at a table?

Not to worry as there is a spot for us a place for us somewhere or even next to the DJ table. We are always on high alert for possible candid moments and have to get in position quickly to take photos.

Do you offer destination weddings?

Yes, below is a guideline how the US is divided into time zones. To make it easier for you we do all the booking of the airplane travel, hotel, rental car, etc., which can be time consuming. Travel expense fees will cover my plane, hotel and rental car with insurance. If required, additional travel fees may apply for each photographer and/or assistant traveling to your destination wedding.

Pacific Time Zone – $450

Mountain Time Zone – $550

Central Time Zone – $700

Eastern Time Zone – $800
